Shoprider designs the pack for a longer life than sealed lead acid batteries, and it charges on a 2A off-board charger. The captain seat, flip-back armrests that adjust for height, a flip-up footplate and 8" solid drive wheels make it a full power chair in a small package. Choose a swing-away or length-adjustable joystick mount if you pull up to a table, and swing-away footrests or elevating legrests if you need them. This one comes in a single box and the setup is not hard. The box goes through a normal doorway and most people manage it on their own. The free option is a fair choice here.
