The 288Wh Flight-safe Battery is built to meet airline battery rules, where the 640Wh battery the chair ships with is not permitted on aircraft. The Freewheel Kit lifts the front wheels so airline staff or a companion can push the chair where driving it is not allowed. The battery gives up to 11.6 miles with evSense off and does not support the 8 mph speed level. Strutt sells it as a pre-order and ships orders in the order they are received. Accessories cannot be returned once they are delivered. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
