Buy this only if you already have the Model C2 cane backrest system and you need the uprights to go higher than the standard pipe allows. That is usually a taller user, or a build where the backrest itself sits high on the frame because of where lateral supports have to land. On its own it does nothing, which is worth saying plainly, because at this price it is the sort of part people add to a basket hoping it is a cheap backrest upgrade. It is not. If you want a taller back and you have no cane system, the Model C2 High Back Seat is the part to look at instead.
