What stands out
The controller a WHILL ships with is a low mouse-shaped head you rest a palm on. That works well for most people and badly for a few, usually anyone with limited grip strength, limited wrist movement or long fingers who finds the palm position tiring over a distance. This head is the fix, and at this price it is cheap enough to try rather than agonise over. It swaps in without tools: pull the old head off the shaft and push this one down to the marked position. Keep the original in a drawer, because the change is reversible in both directions and different days can suit different hands.
