Warranty Information

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty becomes void upon any transfer of ownership or use by another individual. The product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of purchase, and covers the following periods:

Metal Frame
Limited Lifetime Warranty

Non-Metal/Metal Parts
One-Year Limited Warranty (e.g., rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

This warranty does not cover issues caused by user negligence, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or normal wear and tear. Products subject to abuse, modification without prior written authorization, or other unauthorized alterations are not covered by this warranty.

For Warranty Service
Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. Be prepared to provide the following details:
Nature of the defect
Product serial number
Name and location of the original place of purchase
Proof of purchase (receipt)

Please do not return any product without prior authorization.

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. This warranty does not cover labor or shipping costs associated with repairs or replacement part installation.

This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
