What stands out
One frame doing three jobs. Stander sells this as a bedside commode, a shower chair and a toilet safety rail, and at 23" wide it is 2" wider than the average commode. The seat adjusts 16 to 22" and the armrests 24 to 30, the 1.7 gallon bucket lifts out for cleaning, a paper holder is included, and the whole thing assembles without tools on push-button adjustments. Aluminum, 15 lbs., 300 lbs. rated, $80.
Two things to weigh. 300 lbs. is the rating, and there is nothing above it in the Stander bathroom range, so a heavier user needs to look elsewhere. And the warranty is 2 years, where the Wonder Toilet Safety Rails beside it are lifetime.
If you want one purchase that covers the bedside, the shower and the toilet, $80 for all three is hard to argue with. Bathroom safety equipment cannot be returned once it is delivered, for health and hygiene reasons. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you. The warranty above still applies.
