The Click-N-Go Bed Handle gives you an ergonomic handle for getting in and out of bed, and it lifts off the base at the press of a button. It secures with a strap or screws to traditional beds and wooden adjustable bases with a 10"-12" mattress. It holds up to 300 lbs. and passed the ASTM F3186-17 safety standard.

What stands out
This one is built around the Click-N-Go button. Press it and the handle lifts out of its base in one motion, so the side of the bed is clear. You get a 20.25" rail standing 18" above the mattress base, a choice of strap or screws to secure it, a lifetime warranty, and it works on traditional beds and on wooden adjustable bases. It passed the ASTM F3186-17 standard.
The mattress window is the catch, and it is narrow. 10 to 12", where the Wonder Bed Handle and the BedCane take 6 to 14 and the Prime takes 6 to 15. It carries 300 lbs., and it does not fit metal bed frames.
If your mattress is 10 to 12" thick and you want the handle to come away, this is the one to buy at $160. If your mattress falls outside that, look at the Wonder Bed Handle. One thing to know before you trade up: the Wonder Click Bed Handle measures identically to this handle and costs $39 more.
