A 1/2" sill or a sliding door track is enough to stop a walker or jolt a wheelchair's front casters. This mat is a solid wedge of recycled rubber that sits against the edge and turns it into a slope. It is heavy enough to stay put on its own, it can be trimmed with a utility knife, and it will not mind rain or a wet bathroom floor. Measure the height of the edge and buy the matching mat.
