What stands out
A low threshold is a small thing until a walker leg or a front caster catches on it. This plate is one bent sheet of aluminum with a grit surface, so it goes down in a minute and never needs adjusting. The only decision is the length, and that follows the height of the threshold: 8" for the lowest, 12" for anything up to 2". Past 2", an adjustable threshold ramp is the better tool.
