The Wonder EZ Adjust Bed Rail extends along the side of the bed for fall protection, and its support handle gives you something solid to hold getting in and out. The rail slides from 20" to 30" long and stands 20" above the mattress base. It fits a 10" to 14" mattress, secures to the bed frame with a safety strap, and holds up to 300 lbs. An organizer pouch comes with it.

What stands out
The EZ Adjust is the value pick in Stander's bed rail line. It stands 20" above the mattress base, taller than the Wonder Bed Rail for Adjustable Beds at 17.5" and the Prime Safety Bed Rail at 18.5", and it extends from 20 to 30", a 10" span against the 7" you get on either Click-N-Go rail. It costs $119, which is $61 less than the Click-N-Go Extendable Bed Rail and $130 less than the Wonder Click Extendable Bed Rail, and both of those cover a shorter range.
What you give up is worth saying plainly. It fits mattresses 10 to 14" thick, where the 30" Safety Bed Rail takes 6 to 16" and the Prime takes 6 to 15. The handle is fixed, so unlike the Click-N-Go and the Prime you cannot lift it out of the way to get into the bed from that side. And it carries 300 lbs. where the Prime carries 400.
If your mattress is in the 10 to 14" range and you want the most rail for the money, this is the one to buy. If your mattress is thinner or thicker than that, look at the 30" Safety Bed Rail. If you need the handle to come off, look at the Click-N-Go Extendable Bed Rail.
