The AL815CC is the crew cab version of Harmar's Pickup lift, and the difference is reach. Its arm adjusts from 49.25" to 67" where the standard cab lifts stop at 46.5", so it clears the longer cab and still puts the device down beside the door. The boom lifts and rotates under power from a removable hand control, and Harmar puts an in-cab remote extension in the box so it can be worked from the seat. The AL815CC exists for one reason and it is a good one. A crew cab puts the bed further back, and a standard Pickup lift with a 46.5" arm cannot reach past it cleanly. This one adjusts from 49.25" to 67" and it can. If you drive a four door pickup, this is the family to be looking at rather than the AL825.
The honest caveat is capacity. At 135 lbs. this is the lightest rating Harmar puts on a truck lift, and it suits a scooter or a folding manual chair rather than a power wheelchair. The AL825CC is the identical lift rated to 225 lbs. at the same price we list, so unless you know your equipment is light, that is the one to take. We would rather say that plainly than sell you the wrong rating.
The other thing worth knowing is that Harmar publishes no product page of their own for either crew cab model. Look at the AL825 or the AL835 instead if you drive a standard or extended cab, because they cost less and the shorter arm suits the shorter bed.

Tell us the side before you order, because a vehicle lift is fitted to the truck and cannot be sent back. The arm height adjusts from 34" to 41" and the length adjusts from 49.25" to 67", which is the range built for a crew cab. The docking device that holds your equipment is not included, because the right part depends on the chair or scooter it has to lift.

What is not covered
The three year term runs from the date of installation and from the date of retail purchase. Harmar states that the warranty is transferable only where the application is approved by Harmar's Compatibility Calculator, so a lift fitted to a vehicle that was never checked may not carry a transferable warranty.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Harmar for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number. The base warranty covers parts, so ask us about service and labor options when you call.
Returns
A truck lift cannot be returned. It is fitted to your vehicle, wired into it and in many installations drilled into it, so once that work is done the unit is matched to one car and it has no second life on the shelf. This is exactly why the steps beside this panel exist. They settle the mounting, the adapter and the plate riser before you order.

The docking device is the fitting that grips your wheelchair or scooter so the lift can raise it. The manufacturer does not put one in the box, because the right one depends on your equipment, and the lift cannot carry anything without it. Most chairs and scooters lift either by the centre seat post or by the four post seat frame. Choose the one that matches yours and we confirm the exact part with you before your order ships.
2 · Your docking device
This answer decides how much you have to work out yourself. A truck lift is wired into the vehicle and bolted to a base inside it, so it is fitted rather than unpacked.
