The AL825CC is the crew cab version of Harmar's Pickup lift, and the difference is reach. Its arm adjusts from 49.25" to 67" where the standard cab lifts stop at 46.5", so it clears the longer cab and still puts the device down beside the door. The boom lifts and rotates under power from a removable hand control, and Harmar puts an in-cab remote extension in the box so it can be worked from the seat. It takes up to 225 lbs. and weighs 121 lbs. installed. Harmar builds it for driver side or passenger side mounting, and you choose the side on this page.

The arm adjusts from 49.25" to 67" in length, which is what a crew cab needs, and from 34" to 41" in height. The arm adjusts from 49.25" to 67" in length, where Harmar's standard cab lifts stop at 46.5". That extra reach is the whole reason this model exists, and it is what clears a four door cab.
Takes up to 225 lbs. into the truck bed
It lifts a manual wheelchair, a small power wheelchair or a scooter and places it in the bed. That is the higher of the two crew cab ratings Harmar offers, and it covers most scooters and many power wheelchairs.
Power lifting and power rotation

The AL825CC is the one to take out of Harmar's two crew cab lifts. It is the same lift as the AL815CC, the same 121 lbs. installed and the same 49.25" to 67" arm, rated to 225 lbs. instead of 135, and Harmar prices the two identically. Unless you know your equipment is light, there is no reason to take the lower rating.
What you are buying it for is reach. A crew cab puts the bed further back, and a standard Pickup lift with a 46.5" arm cannot clear it cleanly. This one can, and it still turns the device round and sets it down beside the door rather than at the tailgate.
Two honest caveats. At 225 lbs. it stops short of a heavy mid-wheel power chair, and if you drive a standard or extended cab the AL835 takes 350 lbs. for less money. And the docking device that grips your chair is a real second cost that Harmar does not include, priced on this page so you can see the whole figure before you order.

A truck lift is installed on the vehicle rather than unpacked and used. This is what that involves.
The lift mounts in the truck bed on a base line adapter, and Harmar builds that adapter for the driver side or the passenger side. You choose the side in the step headed Base adapter and nothing is added to your order either way, because the adapter comes with the lift. Tell us the side before you order, because a vehicle lift is fitted to the truck and cannot be sent back. The arm height adjusts from 34" to 41" and the length adjusts from 49.25" to 67", which is the range built for a crew cab. The docking device that holds your equipment is not included, because the right part depends on the chair or scooter it has to lift.

What is not covered
The three year term runs from the date of installation and from the date of retail purchase. Harmar states that the warranty is transferable only where the application is approved by Harmar's Compatibility Calculator, so a lift fitted to a vehicle that was never checked may not carry a transferable warranty.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Harmar for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number. The base warranty covers parts, so ask us about service and labor options when you call.
Returns
A truck lift cannot be returned. It is fitted to your vehicle, wired into it and in many installations drilled into it, so once that work is done the unit is matched to one car and it has no second life on the shelf. This is exactly why the steps beside this panel exist. They settle the mounting, the adapter and the plate riser before you order.

Resources
The base adapter is the plate the lift bolts to inside your vehicle. A universal one comes in the box at no charge and it suits most vehicles. Some vehicles need the adapter built for them instead, and where yours does, the part below replaces the universal one rather than adding to it. If you are not sure, leave it on the included part and we confirm it against the vehicle you give us before your order ships.
1 · Base adapter
The docking device is the fitting that grips your wheelchair or scooter so the lift can raise it. The manufacturer does not put one in the box, because the right one depends on your equipment, and the lift cannot carry anything without it. Most chairs and scooters lift either by the centre seat post or by the four post seat frame. Choose the one that matches yours and we confirm the exact part with you before your order ships.
2 · Your docking device
This answer decides how much you have to work out yourself. A truck lift is wired into the vehicle and bolted to a base inside it, so it is fitted rather than unpacked.
These fit this model. Choose any you want and they are added to your order with the lift.
