Buy this bar with the Hoyer Comfort Amputee sling, because Joerns states that the sling must be used with it. The bar attaches to the Hoyer 4-point cradle, so the lift has to be a Presence or a Stature fitted with that cradle. The shoulder straps of the sling clip to the cradle, and the leg straps clip to the bar with the same Securi3 safety clips. Joerns' drawing on this page shows the bar on a 4-point cradle with both sets of attachment points named. The bar does not attach to a 6-point spreader bar. Joerns names it for the Comfort Amputee sling in three sizes, NA1201, NA1202 and NA1203, and for no other sling.
