What stands out
This is the cable to buy when the charging lead of an Advance, HPL402 or HPL450 is lost or damaged. Joerns calls it the power cable for the Linak control box, and it is on the parts list of all three lifts. One end plugs into the charge point at the base of the control box and the other into a wall outlet, and the battery charges on the lift. Joerns' drawing on this page shows a coiled cable with an angled plug at one end and a two-pin wall plug at the other. The lift does not run while the cable is plugged in on the HPL402, and Joerns asks that no lift is charged in a bathroom or shower room. It does not fit the Presence, Elevate or Journey, which charge their battery pack on a separate stand.
