What stands out
Buy this control box when the one on an HPL402 has failed. The HPL402 manual names a defective control box as a possible cause when the power light is on, the relays click and the actuator does not run, once the actuator plug and the actuator have been checked. It is the box on the mast under the battery pack. It carries the emergency stop button and the display that shows the battery capacity, and the hand control, the actuator and the charging cable plug into it. Joerns names it for the HPL402 only, and its parts list calls it the Linak HM control box with charger. Joerns' drawing on this page shows the control box with the battery pack fitted above it. The battery pack, 400-3003, and the power cable, 400-3016, are separate parts. Joerns warns that opening the control system without authorization risks a later malfunction, so this is not a part to open and repair.
