What is not covered
Batteries are not covered, and the warranty covers the original purchaser only. Journey does not pay for examining parts, for transporting, handling or packaging them, or for service calls made only to explain how the chair works or to find a loose power connection. Parts damaged by misuse, abuse, improper service, transit or unauthorized repair are not covered. Exceeding the 375 lbs. weight capacity voids the warranty, and Journey cannot guarantee a fabric shade match on replacement parts or replacement chairs.
