The Hieline Take

The Everyday Activity Seat arrives as a frame, seat and covers on the hi-low chassis, and everything that holds the user comes as an add-on, so the order is built with the therapist, part by part. Start with the 4-point pelvic belt, which the manual calls for at every use, then add trunk and head support as the posture needs it: chest laterals for a user who leans, a chest support or harness for one who slumps forward, a headrest for one who tires. Add the footplate when the feet do not reach the floor at table height, and sandals when the feet need holding. Choose size 3 when the user has outgrown size 2, since its hydraulic chassis nearly doubles the price.
