The Pronestander leans a child forward onto a chest support at one of five angles, which is how many therapists start a standing program: a gentle angle to begin, then closer to upright as the child tolerates more weight through the legs. Choose the size by standing height and check the weight limit for that size, since size 1 holds 66 lbs. and size 3 holds 220 lbs. Every Pronestander comes with its pelvic band and a pair of sandals, so the one choice beyond the size is the sandal size, which the measuring guide settles in a minute with a ruler. The tray is in the box, so many families need nothing more. Add knee cups in another size or a sandal raiser when the therapist asks for them.
