22" sliding captain seat
The captain seat is 22" wide and 20" deep with a 22" backrest and a headrest, and it slides on its mount to set your distance from the tiller.
Flat-free tires front and rear
A 10" flat-free wheel at the front and 12.5" flat-free drive wheels at the back. There is nothing to inflate and nothing to puncture.
Hydraulic adjustable tiller
The tiller angle adjusts on a hydraulic strut, so you can set it where your arms are comfortable instead of leaning forward to reach it.
Suspension and 4" of ground clearance
The frame carries a suspension system and sits on a 4" ground clearance, so a driveway lip or a rough sidewalk does not stop it.
The Pioneer 9 answers a narrow question well. Most scooters rated at 500 lbs. run on four wheels, and a fourth wheel widens the turning circle, which is what makes a large scooter awkward indoors. This one keeps the capacity and turns inside 50" because it runs on three, and the half-speed inhibit switch is the control that manages what you give up in a tight turn. The two Group 24 batteries are the other half of the picture, because they are the reason the range reaches 32 miles and also the reason the scooter weighs 249 lbs. with a heaviest piece of 101 lbs. Nobody is lifting this into a trunk, so plan on it living at one address and travelling on a vehicle lift if it needs to travel at all.

What is not covered
Wear items are not covered. Those are tires and tubes, fuses and bulbs, battery cases, plastic and rubber parts, motor brushes, brake pads, upholstery including seat and arm pads, and painted surfaces including shrouds and fenders. Accidents, acts of nature, and loss or theft are not covered either.
Gradual loss of battery performance through poor battery care or overuse is not a warranty claim.

Returns
This mobility scooter may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. Contact us before starting a return. A mobility scooter that has been used or is missing original packaging is not eligible for return. See our return policy for complete details.

Their international page gives 7.5 mph, 49" and 271 lbs. We publish the U.S. figures, because those are the documents this scooter is ordered and shipped against.
