Merits Silverado Extreme
The Silverado Extreme is built for distance and rough ground. Two 100 Ah batteries give it a range of up to 55 miles and a top speed of up to 9.5 mph, a full suspension system with shock absorbers handles rough ground, and it carries up to 450 lbs. The tiller holds an LCD dashboard with a battery gauge, speed, odometer and maintenance messages, and there is storage underneath it.

The Silverado Extreme is a different kind of purchase from the rest of the range. At 387 lbs. with a 185 lbs. heaviest piece and an 82.7" turning radius, it is not an indoor machine and it is not going anywhere near a car. What it does is cover distance: 55 miles on a charge at up to 9.5 mph, on 14" and 16" pneumatic tires with suspension at both ends. Air-filled tires ride softer than flat-free tires, and the trade is that they can puncture and they need their pressure checked. It is the one Merits scooter we list that runs on them. What is not covered
Wear items are not covered. Those are tires and tubes, fuses and bulbs, battery cases, plastic and rubber parts, motor brushes, brake pads, upholstery including seat and arm pads, and painted surfaces including shrouds and fenders. Accidents, acts of nature, and loss or theft are not covered either.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Merits Health for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number. The base warranty covers parts, so ask us about service and labor options when you call.
Returns
This mobility scooter may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. Contact us before starting a return. A mobility scooter that has been used or is missing original packaging is not eligible for return. See our return policy for complete details.
