What stands out
The sliding seat is the reason to choose the 1030. On a fixed bench you sit down on the outer half and then shuffle yourself sideways across the tub wall, which is hard work for anyone with weak arms or a painful hip. Here the seat itself runs along the frame and locks where you stop it, so the bench moves you instead. A nylon strap holds the seat where you set it, the backrest supports you on the way across, and the seat is cut out so you can wash and dry sitting down. It is 40.6" wide overall, which is wider than a fixed bench, so measure the floor beside your tub before you order. It does the one thing a shower chair cannot, which is get you over the tub wall sitting down.

Bathroom safety equipment cannot be returned once it is delivered, for health and hygiene reasons. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you. The warranty above still applies.
