Warranty and returns
The Pride i-Go is covered by Pride Mobility's own limited warranty, published by Pride Mobility as follows.

What is not covered
Normal wear items are not covered, including tires and tubes, brake pads and shoes, motor brushes, the plastic shrouds, upholstery and seating, and fuses or bulbs. The warranty also does not cover labor, service calls, or shipping unless Pride Mobility authorizes it in advance, parts that are not original Pride parts, or repairs and modifications made without Pride's consent.
Damage is not covered when it comes from contamination, abuse, misuse or negligence including drops and severe impacts, battery fluid spillage or leakage, use outside the normal design specifications, improper operation, maintenance or storage, or acts of God or nature. An increase in drivetrain noise is treated as abusive strain and is not covered. Gradual loss of battery performance is also not covered when the battery has been left discharged, stored in the cold for a long period, or worn out through heavy use.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Pride Mobility for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number. The base warranty covers parts, so ask us about service and labor options when you call.
Returns
This mobility scooter may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. Contact us before starting a return. A mobility scooter that has been used or is missing original packaging is not eligible for return. See our return policy for complete details.

Curbside is the free option. The mobility scooter ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
This one comes in a single box and the setup is not hard. The box goes through a normal doorway and most people manage it on their own. The free option is a fair choice here.
Inside delivery means we bring it just inside your front door or into the garage, still in its packaging.
White glove takes a different route. It does not come to your address first. It ships to the delivery technician nearest you, and once it arrives there the technician calls you and books a time that suits you, then brings it into your home, sets it up in the room you choose, checks it for shipping damage and takes all the packaging away. That extra leg adds a few days, and the date is settled between you and the technician, so we cannot give you one up front.
