The Pride Maxima 3-Wheel is a heavy-duty scooter with a wide 22" seat, long range, and a strong 500-pound capacity. It reaches up to 5.8 mph and covers up to 19.8 miles on a charge. The three-wheel frame turns tighter than the four-wheel and opens up front foot room. The Maxima 3-Wheel is the one we point people to when they want heavy-duty comfort but need to turn in tighter spaces than a four-wheel allows. The wide high-back seat and 500 lbs. of rated capacity make long days easy, the 49" turning radius and open front foot room help in hallways and around furniture, and the optional power elevating seat is a real quality-of-life upgrade for reaching counters. The honest caveat: this is still a big, heavy scooter. It does not come apart, it has no suspension, and at over 250 lbs. with batteries you will need a vehicle lift or ramp to move it. If you want a comfortable heavy-duty ride that maneuvers better indoors and you have a way to haul it, it is an excellent pick. If you need something that fits in a car trunk, look at a travel model instead.

Warranty and returns
The Pride Maxima 3-Wheel is covered by Pride Mobility's own limited warranty, published by Pride Mobility as follows.

What is not covered
Normal wear items are not covered. That includes the ABS plastic shrouds, motor brushes, upholstery and seating, brake pads, tires and tubes, and fuses or bulbs. The warranty also does not cover labor, service calls or shipping unless Pride Mobility authorizes them in advance, parts and accessories that are not original Pride parts bought through an authorized Pride provider, or repairs and modifications made without Pride's consent.
Damage is not covered when it comes from contamination, abuse, misuse or negligence, battery fluid spillage or leakage, use outside the normal design specifications, improper operation, maintenance or storage, or acts of God or nature. If the transaxle's operating noise level increases, Pride does not cover it. Gradual loss of battery performance is also not covered when the battery has been left discharged, stored in the cold for a long period, or worn out through heavy use.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Pride Mobility for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number. The base warranty covers parts, so ask us about service and labor options when you call.
Returns
This mobility scooter may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. Contact us before starting a return. A mobility scooter that has been used or is missing original packaging is not eligible for return. See our return policy for complete details.

This section is how your order reaches you and how far into your home it comes.
Curbside is the free option. The mobility scooter ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
Inside delivery means we bring it just inside your front door or into the garage, still in its packaging.
White glove takes a different route. It does not come to your address first. It ships to the delivery technician nearest you, and once it arrives there the technician calls you and books a time that suits you, then brings it into your home, sets it up in the room you choose, checks it for shipping damage and takes all the packaging away. That extra leg adds a few days, and the date is settled between you and the technician, so we cannot give you one up front.
Which one you take is up to you. Some people are glad to unpack a new mobility scooter and set it up themselves. Others would rather it arrived working, in the room they want it, with the packaging gone. Both are good reasons, and each card shows what it costs.
