Pride VivaLift Elegance 2
The Elegance 2 is a true infinite position lift chair in a single walnut finish, sized for users between 5'4" and 5'9". The backrest and the footrest move independently, so the chair stops wherever you want it rather than at a handful of presets.

True-infinite positioning with power headrest and lumbar in a single walnut finish

Built for real life
What stands out
True-infinite positioning
The backrest and the footrest move independently, so you can set the chair to the position you want rather than choosing from a handful of presets.
Power headrest, power lumbar and extended footrest
The headrest lifts your head and shoulders, the lumbar sets the support in your lower back, and the footrest extends so you can stretch out fully.
Lithium battery backup
The chair still lifts and reclines during a power cut, including raising you to standing.
Magnetic hand control
The control docks on either side of the chair and its extended cord connects through either side pocket, so it stays where you can reach it.
USB-A and USB-C in the arm
Both ports sit on the outside of the right arm, so a phone or a tablet charges while you are sitting.
Here is the Elegance 2's job in one sentence: it is the least expensive way into a true infinite position VivaLift chair, and it gets there by offering one size and one fabric. That trade works if the user is between 5'4" and 5'9" and likes the walnut. Everything that matters for getting out of a chair safely is here, which is the lift motor, the independent backrest and footrest, the power headrest, the power lumbar and a lithium battery backup. What it does not have is heat or massage. The Radiance adds heat and the Ultra adds heat and massage, and both of those are matched to users 5'5" and taller, so call us with the height before you switch. The thing to check before you order is the seat. It is 21" wide, which is narrower than the Tranquil 2 Medium at 22" and the Ultra Medium at 22.5". Measure the widest part of your hips. The room is the easy part, because at 35.5" wide and 14" from the wall this is one of the smaller footprints we carry.
Straight talk
Is it right for you?
A good fit if you
- stand between 5'4" and 5'9"
- weigh up to 400 lbs.
- want a lithium battery backup so the chair still lifts you during a power cut
- have a tight room, because it sits 14" from the wall
- are happy with one walnut finish and no fabric decision to make
Look elsewhere if you
- want heat or massage, where the Ultra and the Premier carry both
- stand taller than 5'9", where the Ultra or the Premier will fit you
- weigh more than 400 lbs.
- want a choice of fabric, because the Elegance 2 is made in Badlands Walnut only

What is not covered
Fabric is not covered. Pride does not pay for labor, service calls, shipping, or other charges incurred to repair the chair unless Pride authorizes them in advance. Transportation costs, and any shipping damage that happens while parts are sent in for repair or replacement, are the purchaser's responsibility.
The warranty also does not cover circumstances beyond Pride's control, or repairs and modifications made to any part without Pride's consent. Damage is not covered when it comes from contamination, abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, battery fluid spillage or leakage, improper operation, maintenance or storage, or commercial use or use other than normal.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Pride Mobility for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number. The base warranty covers parts, so ask us about service and labor options when you call.
Returns
Lift chairs cannot be returned. New or used, a lift chair is a personal medical device built and configured specifically for the person who ordered it. That is why every size and fabric figure is on this page, and why we answer questions before you place the order.
See our return policy for complete details.

Common questions
One size, Medium. Pride publishes the height range for this chair as 5'4" to 5'9". The seat is 21" wide and 21" deep and sits 20" off the floor. Measure the widest part of your hips against that 21" before you decide.
It is 35.5" wide overall, stands 42" high and needs 14" of clearance behind it. The chair weighs 152 lbs.
No. The Elegance 2 has neither. Pride builds heat into the VivaLift Radiance and builds both heat and massage into the VivaLift Ultra, and we carry both of those chairs. Both are matched to users 5'5" and taller, so call us with the height before you switch.
The chair keeps working. A lithium battery backup runs it through a power cut, including raising it to the standing position. The battery pack carries a 12 month warranty.
Badlands Walnut, a 100% polyester fabric. It is the only finish Pride builds this chair in, so there is no color decision to make.
Yes. Pride includes protective fitted arm covers and a secured headrest cover. The seat is a pocketed coiled spring build with zipper access for service, and the hand control docks magnetically on either side with an extended cord that routes through either side pocket.
No. A lift chair is built and configured for one person, so it cannot be returned once it ships, and a white glove delivery you have signed for is final. Check the seat and user height figures on this page before you order.
Yes. We offer CareCredit financing with plans from 6 to 60 months. Use the payment estimate near the price to see monthly options and prequalify with a soft credit check that does not affect your score.

More about the fabrics. What does this mean?
This is the material the chair is upholstered in. It sets the color and the feel of every surface you touch.
Pride builds this chair in one covering only, Badlands Walnut, so there is nothing to choose here. The square beside the name is a photograph of the material laid flat, so it shows you the color and the texture close up, and the pictures above show it on the chair.
The covering is included in the price. There is no upgrade to buy and no swap to make.
Accessories
Optional. Tap any add-on to include it in your order. What does this mean?
These are extras that fit onto the lift chair, and every one of them is optional. Adding them here means they arrive with it rather than as a separate order later.
Read each card before you add two of them. Some accessories mount in the same place, so only one of those can be fitted at a time.
Curbside is included. Step up if you want help getting it inside or fully set up.What does this mean?
This section is how your order reaches you and how far into your home it comes.
Curbside is the free option. The lift chair ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
Inside delivery means we bring it just inside your front door or into the garage, still in its packaging.
White glove takes a different route. It does not come to your address first. It ships to the delivery technician nearest you, and once it arrives there the technician calls you and books a time that suits you, then brings it into your home, sets it up in the room you choose, checks it for shipping damage and takes all the packaging away. That extra leg adds a few days, and the date is settled between you and the technician, so we cannot give you one up front.
Which one you take is up to you. Some people are glad to unpack a new lift chair and set it up themselves. Others would rather it arrived working, in the room they want it, with the packaging gone. Both are good reasons, and each card shows what it costs.
