Pride VivaLift Premier
The Premier sits at the top of Pride's VivaLift range, and it is the only lift chair we carry with a sound system built into it. Speakers and a vibration function are inside the frame and connect to a phone, a tablet or a TV over Bluetooth.
It is built in one size, Medium, it holds 400 lbs., and heat, massage and Pride's VivaLift Tilt are all standard on it.

Speakers and a cinematic vibration function are integrated into the frame. Connect a phone or tablet over Bluetooth, then set bass, treble and the rest from controls in the arm.
Heat and massage, both standard
Three heat pads sit in the shoulders, the lumbar and the seat. An air bladder massage works the lower back with three intensity settings.
VivaLift Tilt
Pride's own tilt reclines the chair so your knees end up above your heart. It is the position people mean when they talk about taking the load off their legs.
Power headrest, backrest and lumbar
All three adjust independently, so you can set the neck, the recline and the lower back separately rather than accepting one shape.
Lithium battery backup
The chair still lifts and reclines during a power cut, including raising you to standing.
Hideaway wireless charger and cup holder
A wireless charging pad and a cup holder both fold out of sight when you are not using them, and both arms carry storage.
Here is the Premier's job in one sentence: it is the most featured chair Pride builds, and the audio system is the only thing on it that the Ultra does not also have. Heat, massage and VivaLift Tilt are on both chairs, so the decision is simple. If you will use built-in speakers and the vibration that goes with them, this is the only lift chair we carry that has them. If you will not, the Ultra gives you the same heat, the same massage and the same tilt for less, and it comes in three sizes instead of one. The thing to check before you order is the room. The Premier is 39.5" wide, it needs 17" of clearance behind it, and it weighs 232 lbs. That is the largest footprint and the heaviest chair in the VivaLift range. If the space is tight, the Ultra Medium covers the same heights at 39" wide, 15" from the wall and 158 lbs.

The Pride VivaLift Premier is covered by Pride Mobility's own limited warranty, published by Pride Mobility as follows.

What is not covered
Fabric is not covered. Pride does not pay for labor, service calls, shipping, or other charges incurred to repair the chair unless Pride authorizes them in advance. Transportation costs, and any shipping damage that happens while parts are sent in for repair or replacement, are the purchaser's responsibility.
The warranty also does not cover circumstances beyond Pride's control, or repairs and modifications made to any part without Pride's consent. Damage is not covered when it comes from contamination, abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, battery fluid spillage or leakage, improper operation, maintenance or storage, or commercial use or use other than normal.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Pride Mobility for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number. The base warranty covers parts, so ask us about service and labor options when you call.

Lift chairs cannot be returned. New or used, a lift chair is a personal medical device built and configured specifically for the person who ordered it. That is why every size and fabric figure is on this page, and why we answer questions before you place the order.

Curbside is the free option. The lift chair ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
Inside delivery means we bring it just inside your front door or into the garage, still in its packaging.
White glove takes a different route. It does not come to your address first. It ships to the delivery technician nearest you, and once it arrives there the technician calls you and books a time that suits you, then brings it into your home, sets it up in the room you choose, checks it for shipping damage and takes all the packaging away. That extra leg adds a few days, and the date is settled between you and the technician, so we cannot give you one up front.
Which one you take is up to you. Some people are glad to unpack a new lift chair and set it up themselves. Others would rather it arrived working, in the room they want it, with the packaging gone. Both are good reasons, and each card shows what it costs.
