For a rise of 2" or less, a rubber threshold is often the neatest fix. It lies in place with no screws, you trim it to the door opening with simple cutting tools, and it stays quiet under wheels and feet alike. PVI lists no load limit, so the rise decides which one you need. Measure the lip, match it to one of the five heights, and check the usable width against the door.
