The Excursion is Shoprider's 500 lbs. capacity scooter. It rides on four 12.5" pneumatic tires with full suspension and 4" of ground clearance, and runs up to 24 miles on the two 12V 50Ah batteries that come with it. The advanced tiller carries the lights, turn signals, hazard lights, horn and a digital battery gauge, and the 20" wide captain seat swivels and reclines.

The Excursion is built for riders up to 500 lbs. who want a full-size scooter with a smooth ride. Full suspension and four 12.5" pneumatic tires soak up cracks, curb cuts and grass, and 4" of ground clearance keeps the frame off rough ground. The advanced tiller puts the headlights, turn signals, hazard lights, horn, speed gauge and a digital battery gauge in front of you, and the drive lever works both ways, so you can push it forward or pull it back depending on which is easier for your hands. The 20" wide captain seat swivels and reclines. Two 12V 50Ah batteries come installed and give up to 24 miles on a charge. The trade is size: it weighs 319 lbs. and is 60.6" long, so it needs room to turn and a trailer or a van with a ramp to travel.

Returns
This mobility scooter may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. Contact us before starting a return. A mobility scooter that has been used or is missing original packaging is not eligible for return. See our return policy for complete details.

The drive lever is a dual purpose wig wag. You can push it forward or pull it back to drive, whichever is easier for your hands.
Shoprider covers the frame for 5 years, the electronics and the motor, transaxle and brake for 12 months, and the batteries for 6 months. Warranty repair labor is covered for the first year in the 48 contiguous states.

Curbside is the free option. The mobility scooter ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
