What stands out
The Stable Rail is the only handle in this group whose legs reach the floor. Everything else hangs off the mattress or the bedframe, so how steady it feels depends on both. This one puts weight on the ground, and the height adjusts from 30 to 40". You get a padded 17" rail, a lifetime warranty, and at 9.6 lbs. it is the lightest thing here, for $90.
It fits traditional beds with a 6 to 14" mattress and does not fit adjustable base beds. The handle is fixed, so it does not lift out of the way, and it carries 300 lbs. rather than the 400 on the Prime Bed Handle. It passed the ASTM F3186-17 standard.
If the bed sits high, or you want support that does not depend on the mattress holding it down, the legs are worth the $10 over the Wonder Bed Handle. If your bed is an adjustable base, look at the Click-N-Go Bed Handle. If you would rather have a bar that swings aside than legs on the floor, the Wonder Mobility Rail is $110.
