The suspension is what separates this from other scooters at the money: independent springing with a stabiliser bar, so a kerb cut does not throw you sideways. WHILL says it comes apart in under 10 seconds, and that matters because the whole scooter is 125.2 lbs., which is more than anyone lifts in one piece. Two honest limits. Range drops to 10.7 miles against 12 on the three-wheel, because the fourth wheel costs energy. And at 21.1" wide with a 38.2" turning circle it is still a scooter, so a narrow hallway is the three-wheel's job. The IPX5 rating and the airline approved battery are both real and both unusual at this price.

Returns
This mobility scooter may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. Contact us before starting a return. A mobility scooter that has been used or is missing original packaging is not eligible for return. See our return policy for complete details.

Curbside is the free option. The mobility scooter ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
This one comes in a single box and the setup is not hard. The box goes through a normal doorway and most people manage it on their own. The free option is a fair choice here.
