Click to zoomWHILL Model R Rearview Mirror Kit
A rearview mirror kit for the Model R, so you can see what is behind you without turning in the seat. The angle adjusts, and fitting needs tools. It suits anyone using the scooter on shared paths.
An angle-adjustable rearview mirror kit for the WHILL Model R 3-Wheel and 4-Wheel.
What stands out
Turning to look behind you on a scooter moves your hand on the tiller, and that is how people drift. A mirror removes the need. It matters most on shared paths and in car parks, where cyclists and reversing cars come from behind and there is no engine noise to warn you. It is also the accessory to buy for anyone with a stiff neck or limited trunk rotation, because for them the shoulder check is not just awkward, it is genuinely not available. The angle adjusts once fitted, so you can set it from the seat. Fitting needs tools.
Straight talk
Is it right for you?
A good fit if you
- ride on shared paths, in car parks or around traffic
- have a stiff neck or limited trunk rotation
- drift off line when you turn to look behind
- own a Model R 3-Wheel or 4-Wheel
Look elsewhere if you
- want a no-tools fitting
- own a Model C2 or a Model F, because this part does not fit either
