This is the pole built for a bathtub and nothing else. It clamps to a tub wall 3 to 7" wide and 13 to 21" high, then rises on tension to a ceiling 7' to 9' up with no drilling. Because it stands at the tub rather than on the wall behind it, the ladder grab bar ends up closer to where your hands actually are, and it rotates and locks every 45 degrees. A tub wall thinner than 3" or thicker than 7" will not take it, and neither will a tub side outside 13 to 21". A ceiling over 9' also puts it out of range, where the Wonder Pole HD reaches 10'.
