The arm pivots and the 20" x 15" tray swivels a full 360 degrees. Tray height adjusts from 22" to 32", handle height from 26.5" to 36", and the base widens from 17" to 33" to slide under the chair you already have. The handles take up to 250 lbs. and the tray takes up to 15 lbs.
