MK Battery Warranty Information

MK Battery offers a comprehensive warranty for its sealed gel and AGM batteries, ensuring quality and reliability under proper use. Here are the general details of the MK Battery warranty:

Warranty Period
MK batteries typically come with a 1 to 2-year limited warranty depending on the specific model. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Pro-Rated Warranty
After the initial full-coverage period (typically 12 months), a pro-rated warranty may apply. If a battery fails after the first year but within the warranty term, customers may receive a partial credit based on the age and use of the battery.

Conditions for Warranty Coverage
The battery must be maintained and charged properly using an appropriate voltage-regulated charger. For 12V models, charging should occur between 13.8 and 14.6 volts at 77°F (25°C). Failure to charge within these guidelines can void the warranty.
The battery should not be stored in a discharged state for long periods, as this can reduce its lifespan and void the warranty.
Warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from mishandling, improper maintenance, misuse, or any modifications beyond standard use.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage due to:
Physical mishandling or neglect
Incorrect installation or use in unapproved orientations
Overcharging or undercharging
Use in applications beyond the battery’s designed specifications

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
